Nabil is the Managing Partner of UHY United for Auditing, Tax, Advisory and Financial Services. He is an Audit Partner with more than 35 years of experience with Arthur Andersen until 2002, then with Ernst & Young until 2017. Mohamed leads the Assurance Services for United, where he brings more than 30 years of experience. He was an Associate Partner with Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen for 25 years, where he served the largest organizations and was involved in managing, planning and supervising audit engagements across a variety of industries. Mohamed has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a major in Business Administration, 1987. Ahmed is leading Partner of Tax Services for United, where he brings more than 30 years of experience. He was a Partner with Ernst & Young and worked with Arthur Andersen Global for over 10 years, where he served the largest organizations and was involved in managing, planning and supervising audit engagements across a variety of industries.
Ahmed is a Commerce graduate (1988), and is a Fellow of the Egyptian Society of Accountants and Auditors, and the Egyptian Society of Taxation.
Ahmed specializes in Egyptian Taxation, providing direct/indirect tax and customs services to local businesses as well as foreign joint ventures operating in Egypt. For over 15 years, Ahmed was involved in Transaction Tax, mergers and acquisitions in relevant tax aspects.

Throughout his career (30+ years), he has advised multi-industry clients (including those in trading, manufacturing, construction, petroleum, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, banking, hospitality, and industrial) on their statutory obligations, relevant legislation (including labor, social insurance and customs law) and currency control.

He has managed a number of successful projects warranting strategic tax planning and direction. He has significant experience in conducting negotiations with the Tax Authorities in disputes relating to income tax, corporation tax, social insurance, sales tax, stamp duty, etc. Besides tax, Ahmed also controls the regulatory service practice from Cairo. Hany recently joined UHY United as a Partner in charge of the consulting services, where he brings more than 22 years of experience. Previously he was a Director with Ernst & Young for 17 years, prior to which, he worked with Arthur Andersen for over 5 years, serving local, regional and multinational organizations.
Hany graduated from the Faculty of Commerce, Ain Shams University, with a major in Accounting in 1995.
Hany is a member of the Egyptian Society for Accountants and Auditors, Member of the Egyptian Society for Taxation, and Certified Public Accountant –CPA (USA).

Abdullah was serving as Group Finance Manager for Al Tayyar Holding Egypt “Leading Real-estate Development Company”. Post-graduation, he joined Ernst & Young “EY” Egypt (A Big Four Audit Firm) in September 2008 until December 2013 – Assurance Services Department – where he completed the CPA exam and became a Certified Public Accountant, USA, since August 2012. Abdullah moved to the Ernst and Young “EY” Dubai office from January 2013 till January 2014, during his journey within EY, Abdullah served more than 30 clients in diversified industries (telecommunication, construction, real-estate, manufacturing, trading).
Abdullah then returned to Egypt in February and joined Pioneers Holding Group as a financial reporting supervisor, before accepting the role of Finance Manager of Al Tayyar Holding.
