About
Mr. Muhammed is a researcher in accounting and audit, he is a Certified chartered accountant with more than 15 years of experience in the field of accounting, auditing and financial consulting in Egypt and abroad. He also worked on designing digital accounting information systems, in professional services and public accounting, Accounting standards, Audit, Banking, Financial Management, Financial Services, Public Policy and Regulatory Change Risk Management.
He has a background in accounting stand-alone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS, and certified auditing services and transferring from traditional book keeping accounting systems into computerized QuickBooks accounting information systems.
Lecturer in various courses in the fields of accounting, audit and financial analysis.
He trains accountants, auditors and financial managers in professional work methods.
He graduated from the Faculty of Commerce Alexandria University and obtained a master’s degree from an Egyptian university
Mr. Muhammed founded “Experts group for auditing & tax consulting “in 2013, and became a full member of UHY international, on March 2019. He has experience of working overseas through working in Kenya and United Arab Emirates
He is One of the founders of Association of accountants and internal auditors “AAIA”

Mr. Waled has more than 18 years of extensive experience in the provision of general and specialized tax compliance and strategic tax planning FOR INTERNATIONAL TAX SYSTEMS ,investor tax advisory and due diligence reviews , computation of corporate and business tax liabilities, tax training ,employee compensation structuring , corporation tax , withholding tax ,personal tax and VAT reviews, and vat refund audits and certification , he also handled a large number of tax audits and investigations with the revenue authorities.
He graduated from the Faculty of Commerce Alexandria University and obtained a certificate in Tax & Public Finance .
