UHY in Egypt brings together its primary member firm UHY United for Auditing, Taxation, Advisory and Financial Services (based in Cairo), and UHY Waled Mounir and Muhammad Arafa, also a full UHY member (based in Alexandria).

The firm's partners founded a not-for-profit organisation, AAIA (Association of Accountants and Internal Auditors).
